The Kentucky Department of Education uses software called Infinite Campus (IC), commonly called Campus Parent, to manage student records in all school districts across the state. This is a fully web-based system, and a single database houses all the records for a district.
Our support tool has three features:
Q - What is the Campus Parent portal?
A - The portal is a gateway to the confidential, secure website where users access real-time academic information. Account information is emailed to the family once their student’s registration is processed. (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the recommended browsers.)
Q - What kinds of information can I find there?
A - Campus Parent gives families access to their students' attendance records, grades, class assignments, and more. Families can also select how they prefer to receive messages from the district (e.g. email, text, phone). Note: Questions about grades and attendance go to the teacher or the school.
Q - Do I need to do anything else?
A - FCPS recommends your family check annually to make sure all your contact information in Campus Parent is current and correct, including your household phone and cell numbers as well as physical address and email addresses. If you need help, please contact your school's registrar.
Please verify and make needed corrections to your household information in IC:
If you have problems with our support site, please email our IC staff with the parent/guardian full name, preferred email address, street address, student’s name, date of birth, plus any details or error messages.
